Coupling mind and body

First and foremost, therapeutic work requires a safe and confidential environment where you can share your pain and struggles. This space is foundational to the healing process, allowing you to be seen and heard without fear of judgment or criticism. Once that foundation is established, therapy becomes a collaborative journey of exploration where we can examine what matters most to you.

My therapeutic focus is to help you reconnect with your internal strengths and resilience, enabling you to discover effective ways to cope with life’s challenges and navigate daily pressures with greater ease. The primary modalities that I utilize center around Object Relations Therapy integrated with Somatic Experiencing.

Object Relations Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that explores how early relationship dynamics shape your sense of self and the ways you relate to others in the present.

Somatic Experiencing is an innovative mind-body approach designed to resolve trauma and relieve chronic stress by bringing awareness to the body’s natural capacity to regulate and move beyond states of distress and dysregulation.

This integrated therapeutic approach focuses on both psychological and somatic states and has proven very effective in healing past trauma, reducing self-defeating patterns, fostering healthier connections with others, and creating meaningful and lasting change.
