Welcome! I’m Angela. Since 2000, I have had the privilege of working with adults throughout the Los Angeles metro area as they navigate a wide range of mental health concerns.

Throughout my career as a psychologist, I have been especially drawn to working with people experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship struggles.  I see therapy as a vehicle for change, one that helps people identify and shift thoughts, habits and emotional patterns that may no longer serve them.  By exploring how past experiences affect the present, I work collaboratively with clients to cultivate new ways to move through adversities so that life can be enjoyed more fully.

My educational experience includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and a Doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. My extensive clinical experience includes work with the UCLA Autism Project, Airport Marina Counseling Service, Dorothy Kirby Center, Enki Health & Research Systems and Glendale Adventist Hospital. I also completed a 3-year postgraduate program through the Somatic Experiencing International Institute, and in 2010, became a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).
